The Bible appears to start at the same time as the coming about or creation of a new species of man, man with at least 1 less chromosome, slightly different than all other humanoids. Albino man evolved or arrived, became self replicating within that chromosome pool about 4-8000 years ago, or as others say 'A more advanced Neolithic people migrated to Europe from the Asia minor bringing with them a new R1 - Y chromosome pattern and an agricultural way of life ' It is thought that major climate changes brought on an increase of Albinos, they grouped together & inter-bread, their gene's adjusted for the condition resulting in new humans with little or no melatonin in their light, white or pink skin. The Bible is a detailed parable about the creation of the Albino pale skin humans and how they come to be [for better or for worst].

It is said to be the earliest known civilization in the world and is known as the Cradle of Civilization. The Sumerian civilization spanned over 3000 years[3] and began with the first settlement of Eridu in the Ubaid period (mid 6th millennium BC) through the Uruk period (4th millennium BC) and the Dynastic periods (3rd millennium BC) until the rise of Babylonia in the early 2nd millennium BC. Sumer was the birthplace of writing, the wheel, agriculture, the arch, the plow, irrigation and many other things. The term "Sumerian" applies to all speakers of the Sumerian language.

the 6th millennium BC, agriculture spreads from the Balkan Peninsula and Asia
Minor to
the seven hills of Rome and then Eastern Europe and from
Mesopotamia, Egypt to the world. World population ca. 5 million people. some
speculate at 7,000,000.. Some say that Sumer towns and settlements were the
first to practice industrial style intensive, year-round after leaning from the
illuminated
agriculture, (from ca. 5300 BC). By perhaps 5000 BC, the man had developed
core agricultural techniques including large-scale intensive cultivation of
land,
mono-cropping, organized
irrigation, and the use of a
specialised labour force, particularly along the waterway now known as the
Shatt al-Arab, from its
Persian Gulf delta to the confluence of the
Tigris and
Euphrates. The surplus of storable food created by this economy allowed the
population to
settle in one place instead of
migrating after crops and grazing land. It also allowed for a much greater
population density, and in turn required an extensive labor force and
division of labor. This organization led to the development of
writing (ca. 3500 BC).

Originally inhabiting areas the southern Caucasus Mountains, Mediterranean thru to China, Baifu, just north of Beijing, Indus Valley and fields of Europe. But after some rather dramatic climate & earth changes accruing about 9000 and 6000 years ago about 3000BC, many peoples migrated North Eastward as the polar ice caps receded [& in 1,100AD also] however, most headed north west. This allowed then fully evolved Albino's to establish themselves without interferences from other peoples, not before spending about 1500 years fighting amongst themselves, just when the Albino or White peoples exactly & permanently evolve to their current state, no one is really sure.
Temptation of Eve (albino) by mating with Cronus (albino) , son of Choas" (an albino) thus "Order out of Chaos". Eve Mother to all "Shinning ones or Spirited peoples or the living sun-gods", seed of all Albino/whites Europeans, Asian and far easterners and pacific peoples. 
Pure Albinism is caused by gene mutations on the chromosomes that causes a lack of melanin pigment in the eyes, skin, and hair. Individuals with this condition may have problems with the skin or eyes. 
There are four types of albinism; 
The hair is usually brown or blond and include reddish colours with a silvery sheen, eyes can be red, grey, blue, green and the skin is usually creamy white to greyish. Individuals with this syndrome have a white blood cell defect that cause infections.
